We would like to thank everyone who supported us during December by dropping their green tokens into our collection box. We were delighted with the amount raised, which was £365! The money will go towards the provision of the Befriending service, which supports over 30 local individuals who may feel isolated or lonely. Mel Lee accepted the money on behalf of Volunteer Action. Mel works hard as the coordinator of the Befriending Service and is a key contact for both Volunteers and those receiving the service.
