A record number of sheets were sold this year and participants really enjoyed completing the quiz. About 250 answer sheets went into the hat, and the winners of vouchers for produce at Trendalls, the Butchers, came from Oundle, Grantham and Kettering. Entries were received from far and wide, and the popularity of the competition grows each year. Many thanks to our loyal supporters, including Oundle Bookshop and the General Stores at Barnwell. A warm thank you and particular mention to the brave volunteer sales force, who stood in the Market Place through weather fair and foul, encouraging passers-by to take a copy.
